Reporting a document that crops badly
This is the most useful thing you can send. If the tool picked the wrong area, or missed a side, please tell us:
- which document type you chose
- the State or UT, if it is a state-issued document
- roughly when and where you downloaded the PDF
- what went wrong — wrong area, only one side found, nothing found
Please do not email us your document. We do not want it and cannot accept it. A description of the problem is enough, and a screenshot with your personal details blacked out is plenty. Any document sent to us will be deleted without being opened.
Asking for a document to be added
Tell us the document name and which authority issues it. If the design differs by State or UT, say which one you have.
Privacy questions
Our privacy policy sets out exactly what is and is not collected. If something there is unclear, ask and we will explain it.
