PVC Card Cropper

Refund and cancellation policy

Cropping one file at a time is free and needs no payment. This page is about the paid batch plan.

The short version

  • You have not used batch mode yet: you can get your money back in full.
  • You have used batch mode, even once: there is no refund for that paid period.
  • We charged you by mistake: we always refund it.

No refund after you use batch mode

After you pay, you sign in and can use batch mode. If you start even one batch run while signed in, the plan counts as used, and the payment for that period is not refunded. This is true for any number of files, even a run of one file, and even if you cancel later.

A batch run starts when you press the button that crops your chosen files. Only opening the batch page, choosing files or reading the plan details does not count.

Our system records the date and time of the first batch run in each paid period, and how many runs were started. It records nothing about your files. We use this record to decide refund requests.

Please try the free single-file tool first. It uses the same cropping as batch mode, so you can check that your documents work before you pay.

Refund if you have not used batch mode

If you paid but have not started any batch run in that paid period, we refund that payment in full. Ask before the paid period ends. When the refund is made, the plan ends.

Refund if we charged you by mistake

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the extra payment in full. This does not depend on batch use.

Cancel any time

You can cancel the batch plan whenever you want. After you cancel, you are not charged again. Batch mode keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.

Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the current period if you have already used batch mode in it.

To cancel, email us from the address on your account and say “cancel my plan”. We confirm by email.

If batch mode does not work for you

If batch mode does not crop your documents properly, email us with the document type. Please do not send the file itself. We will try to fix it. A problem like this does not make a used plan refundable, so if you are not sure, test your documents with the free tool before you start a batch run.

How to ask for a refund

Email us from the address on your account. Include the payment ID from your receipt, and say why you want the refund. You can find our email on the contact page.

An approved refund goes back to the same card, UPI or bank account you paid with. It usually reaches you in 5 to 7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank.

The free tool
