What this site is
This site is a free utility that crops the card portion out of a PDF you already have, and saves it at standard PVC card size so you can print it. It runs entirely in your browser. It is provided as it is, without charge.
Use it only for your own documents
You may use this tool only on documents that belong to you, or that you are properly authorised to handle on behalf of someone else, such as at a service centre where the holder is present and has asked you to print their card.
You must not use this tool to alter a document, to create something intended to pass as an officially issued card, or to process a document belonging to someone who has not asked you to. Printing a copy of your own document onto a blank card is an ordinary thing to do. Misrepresenting that copy as an official card is not, and may be an offence.
A printed copy is not an official card
A card you print from a PDF is a printed copy. It is not an officially issued card, and it carries none of the security features an issuing authority adds. Some authorities issue their own official PVC card: UIDAI, for example, issues an official Aadhaar PVC card ordered from its own portal for a small fee. Where an official option exists, our document pages say so.
Whether any organisation accepts a self-printed copy is entirely that organisation decision, and not something this site can promise.
Accounts and batch plans
A batch plan is for one person, or one shop counter. Only one device can be signed in to an account at a time: signing in on a new device signs the old one out. Do not share your login. We may cancel a plan that is clearly being shared or used to run automated jobs, and single-file cropping stays free either way.
If you start even one batch run in a paid period, the payment for that period is not refunded. The full rules are in our refund and cancellation policy.
No warranty
The tool is provided without any warranty. We do not guarantee that a card will be detected correctly, that the output will suit your printer, or that the site will be available. Check what you print before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, including wasted card stock, printing costs, or a printed card being refused by any organisation.
Not affiliated with any authority
This is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UIDAI, the Income Tax Department, the Election Commission of India, any transport authority, any State or Union Territory government, or any other issuing authority. Document names are used only to describe which PDF the tool is being pointed at.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
